3 Colour Printer Slotter

Converting Machinery

Select-a-Box has availablle 3 & 4 colour Flexo Printing and Slotting machines, some of which have Rotary Die Cutting units attached, these machine are able to produce at speeds of +/- 4000 sheets per hour with high quality graphic image printing and accurate die cutting and stripping.

Many of the Converting Machines can reach speeds of +/- 6000 sheets per hour, allowing Select-a- Box to meet its comitted delivery times of quality printed boxes.

A 4 Colour Flexo Printer Rotary Die-Cutter complete with ceramic anilox rollers. Providing +/- 4000 printed and die cut sheets per hour, ready to meet our customer demands for quality products.

The new 4 Colour Rotary Die-Cutter will allow us to maintain our customer commitments of quality service, this machine can produce the quality of product required using ceramic anilox rollers.

The New 1224 Casemaker is able to produce quality RSCs at speed, in one complete operation. Printed, slotted folded / glued and batched.

A 4 Colour “High Speed” Printer Slotter

This “High Speed” small printer is able to produce quality boxes at speeds of over +/- 6000 sheets per hour, increasing the “size” range of our equipment.

Autoplatten

The Autoplatten Flat Die Cutter is equipped with cutting / creasing and stripping sections at speeds of +/- 4000 sheets per hour.

The Autoplatten Die Cutter can produce die cut sheets fully stripped at speeds of +/- 4000 sheets per hour and is equipped with a batch ejector / counter.

Die Cutting of Board Sheets

Die cutting equipment is readily available at Select-a-Box in both flat and rotary forms. The flat dies are “laser” cut whilst the rotary die is “jigged” ready for mounting of the “cutting and creasing” rules.

A flat die is used for small quantities.

Rotary: Die Cutting

The rotary die is mounted onto a machine cylinder with the “cutting and creasing” rules secured into the “laser cut” wooden die for higher quantity jobs a rotary die is used.
